What does Clientory sell?

Clientory is developing editable business documents and client communication resources for small service businesses. The first collection is designed for residential cleaning business owners.

Is this a physical product?

The planned products are digital. No physical item will be shipped.

Can I purchase the Cleaning system now?

The collection is currently being prepared. Products will become available after the files, access instructions and purchase process have been tested.

Do I need Canva Pro?

The intended products are being designed to work with Canva Free. Compatibility still needs to be checked before sale. Each product page will state the verified requirements; please do not purchase based on an unconfirmed compatibility claim.

What will I be able to customize?

The planned templates include editable business names, wording, contact details, services, prices, fonts and colors. Exact customization options will be confirmed on each product page.

Can I print the documents or send them to clients?

The documents are being designed for printable and digital use where appropriate. US Letter is the planned print format. Export guidance will be included with the finished products.

How will I receive my purchase?

The intended delivery method is a downloadable access guide containing instructions and links to copy the templates into your own Canva account. This process must be tested before the store launches.

Can I resell the templates?

The intended license allows use within your own business and sending completed client-facing documents to your own clients. Reselling templates, redistributing editable files or sharing template access links publicly will not be permitted. The final license will be available before purchase.

Are these contracts or legal advice?

Clientory’s first collection focuses on operational documents and client communication. These resources are not legal advice and do not replace professional guidance or a business-specific contract.

What is the refund policy?

The refund and digital-product policies are being finalized. The applicable policy will be displayed before products become available to purchase.
